We are a family of four who are trading our "normal" American lifestyle (house, home, jobs, school, community), disconnecting from all of the demands of everyday life, packing our basic necessities in our 26-foot RV, Shelby, and hitting the road.  We are embarking on a year-long (hopefully) journey and adventure around America the Beautiful.  We will be documenting the ways in which we connect through our hearts to our experiences and surroundings and discover what truly moves us.  We are using the country as our classroom and revealing how life itself teaches, and often in ways far superior to the typical classroom model.  We will be conducting interviews, blogging, shooting pictures and videos and bringing it all to you via our website.  Finally, we will be writing a book chronicling our experiences and detailing the ways in which this experience has transformed each of our lives.

Our mission is to raise awareness about alternate living and teaching styles that promote living and learning from the heart.  We seek to share some of the ways that everyone can tap into their naturally creative hearts and curious minds.   Through our enchanted life experiences, it is our intention to guide all who are interested in following us to the discovery of that place within all of us where true understanding occurs, natural compassion for all of life begins and pure wonder leads us in the direction of courageously and enthusiastically stepping into the fullness of who we really are.
